Background:
I have been coaching for 34 years, have been a member of the Professional Skaters Association for over 30 years. I have coached students through all levels of freestyle, moves in the field and figures including over 50 students who passed the highest level (Senior). I have been a director of figure skating in 2 ice rinks and have run classes in all aspects of both on and off ice training. I specialize in freestyle, moves in the field and choreography.
My students have earned hundreds of medals in beginner through senior levels. I have coached students through the regional, sectional, national, junior national, adult national, collegiate national and international competitions.
I trained under Gustave Lussi and passed the Senior levels of both freestyle and figures and 2 gold dances. I was the 3 time Senior Ladies silver medalist at the New England regional championships and an alternate to Nationals. I enjoy teaching all levels from basic skills through advanced and all age groups. I adapt my coaching to the needs and goals of each of my individual students and their parents. I have loved the sport of figure skating since I was very young. Coaching has been a very rewarding experience for me. I truly find joy in my students accomplishments and in my influence to help my students grow as both skaters and people.

I have recently moved to Storrs, CT and would love to coach more at the Bolton Ice Palace.
